MEET OUR EXPERT TEAM
At 18, I began my career in hospitality by working behind the bar at my local pub. Within a year, I became the youngest Steward of any Conservative Club in the country, a position I held for a decade before transitioning to a Client Manager role for a licensed trade accountant. I quickly earned a reputation in the hospitality industry for helping businesses develop, from initial business planning and brainstorming the best strategies to steer their operations. Along the journey I have gained several qualifications in accounting and plan to continue my education as I believe heavily in self-development and personal growth.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my long-suffering wife, three children, and our dog. I also dedicate a large amount of my spare time to supporting my children in their karate aspirations, wherever they may take us.

I am an experienced accountant with a solid foundation in Mathematics, having earned a degree from Plymouth University. For 20 years, I was been an integral part of a family-run firm, gaining extensive experience in financial management and client relations. After passing my professional accountancy exams in 2010, I have continued to excel in the field.
After taking a short break to concentrate on my young family I am pleased to have been approached to join the Ash Grove Accounting team where I can enjoy using and developing my knowledge further.
Outside of work, I have a young family and enjoy reading, swimming, and walking, maintaining a well-rounded and fulfilling lifestyle.

I am an experienced operator of multi-faceted pub operations, with over two decades of experience at both site and multisite levels. Demonstrably committed to my own development, I have progressed from grassroots pub operations to managing multiple sites. Having previously run my own pub business and seeking a new direction, I retrained to become a qualified stock auditor and client manager, allowing me to continue working within the hospitality sector I love.
I am eager to share my knowledge, wisdom, and experience with publicans, licensees, and anyone bold enough to take on the challenges of business ownership. My goal is to help them drive performance and ensure a great customer experience every time. I truly take pleasure in being a part of others' success stories.

I began my career in accountancy with internal bookkeeping, progressing to management accounts and overseeing staff work through to completion. Over the years, I have worked with both stand-alone desktop programs and highly automated cloud systems, consistently receiving positive feedback for my personal approach to clients' businesses.
I have started a young daughter and take pride in balancing work and parental responsibilities while maintaining my professional appearance.
I began my career in accountancy in 2019 as an Accounts Assistant. Since then, I have gained experience in general bookkeeping using the most up-to-date software, as well as calculating and filing for MGD and VAT. I am always eager to expand my knowledge in accountancy and enjoy building strong relationships with clients.
Outside of work, I have a husband and young daughter to keep me on my toes, making every day a workday. However, it's not all work and no play—I enjoy playing tennis and visiting our local pub, though usually not at the same time!
After transitioning from the hospitality industry to a new role as a payroll administrator, I now oversee the payroll department and office administration here at Ash Grove. One of my proudest achievements in this role was successfully navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to support my clients.
I am an enthusiastic mother of three and a dog mum to Bailey, our lively Alsatian. I enjoy weekend walks and watching my children excel in their various extracurricular activities.
